We Listen First
Each conversation begins with careful listening. We ask clarifying questions and ensure we understand the full context before offering any opinion.

Family legal matters deserve unhurried attention. We work at a pace you find comfortable, never pushing you toward decisions before you are ready.
English-Fluent Practice
Our full service is conducted in English, ensuring international families and expatriates in Phuket can engage clearly and with confidence throughout.
Written Summaries Provided
After each consultation you receive a written record of what was discussed and the options considered — so nothing is left ambiguous or forgotten.

Common Questions
Questions we often hear
What happens during a first appointment?
The appointment is an unhurried conversation. We listen to your situation, ask questions to understand the full context, and at the end provide a written summary with a considered view of the options open to you. Many clients find clarity simply from having that first conversation.
Do I need to have decided anything before contacting you?
Not at all. A first appointment is specifically designed for people who are still in the early stages of thinking through a family matter. You are welcome to come with questions, concerns, or simply an outline of what is happening — we will take it from there.
How long does a pre-nuptial agreement typically take?
The process begins with a joint consultation, followed by a draft agreement that we prepare and then review together. The timeline is shaped by the couple's availability and the complexity of the matters being recorded. Most engagements complete comfortably within two to four weeks.
Can you assist with adoptions that began in another country?
Yes. Our adoption counsel covers both adoptions pursued within Thailand and the legal recognition of adoptions completed in other jurisdictions. We review the applicable requirements and guide you through each stage of the process.
Are your services available in English?
Yes, entirely. Our practice serves English-speaking clients, including expatriates and international families living in or visiting Phuket. All consultations, documents, and written summaries are prepared in clear English.
What are your fees, and when are they due?
A first appointment is ฿2,600. Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements are ฿6,400. Adoption and recognition counsel is ฿8,200. Fees and payment timing are confirmed at the time of arranging your appointment. There are no additional charges not discussed in advance.
